Review in 2024: Loved everything about working with Chi Yin! Posing in front of the camera is so not in me but she made me feel relaxed and at ease during the photoshoot. I'm so happy and impressed with the results!

I had a really wonderful experience with Chapters Photography, and especially with Chi Yin.

From start to finish, the entire session was smooth, comfortable, and very professionally handled. Chi Yin has a great eye for detail and knows exactly how to guide you to get the best shots, even if you’re not naturally used to being in front of the camera.

What I appreciated most was her ability to make both Crystal and I feel at ease, no awkwardness, no pressure, just a very natural and enjoyable session. That really shows in the final photos, which turned out beautifully.

The quality of the photos, the composition, and the overall experience were all top-notch. You can tell she genuinely cares about her craft and her clients.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a photographer who is not only skilled, but also warm, patient, and easy to work with.

I’m usually a bit shy when taking photos, but she helped me relax and enjoy the whole process.
